Jabil seeks a solution that consolidates and presents critical manufacturing and supply chain data on a centralized platform. The product should enable users, including executives, project managers, and production teams, to access real-time information, monitor performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions efficiently.

Step-1

Discovery & Research

- Conducted user research sessions with key stakeholders at Jabil to understand their needs, pain points, and desired functionalities.

- Analyzed existing data sources and identified key metrics and KPIs that needed visualization.

- Created user personas and user journey maps to capture user behaviors, goals, and pain points.

Step - 2

Information Architecture & Wireframing

- Developed an information architecture to organize the dashboard's content, ensuring intuitive navigation and data hierarchy.

- Created low-fidelity wireframes to outline the layout, components, and interactions within the dashboard.

- Conducted card sorting sessions to validate the organization and categorization of data.

Step - 3

Design

- Developed a visually appealing and consistent design language for the E-Next product, aligning it with Jabil's brand identity.

- Created a flexible design system and component library to ensure consistency and scalability across Jabil.

- Applied best practices in data visualization, accessibility, and inclusivity to enhance clarity and usability.

Step - 4

Validation MVP

- 1 MVP for the Team Pilot Studies - fix the bugs

- 2 MVP for business team Pilot Studies - fix the bugs

- 3 MVP for the first focus group of users Feedback collection from team, business team, and users

- Data Analysis: Leveraged analytics and data monitoring tools to track and analyze user behavior, system performance, and key metrics associated with the solutions.

- Updated our roadmap according to new insights and learning.
